Registration is as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Consent & Waiver (New Families Only)

Prior to an athlete participating in a CYO sport, the athlete's parent/guardian must execute and submit the ADW Participation Consent and Waiver Form. This form is only required to be submitted once.

2. Code of Conduct

Once each sports year (August 1-July 31), each athlete and their parent/guardian must execute and submit the ADW Code of Conduct Form.

3. SportsPilot Registration

Please register your child(ren) below. If you run into issues, please go directly to reg.sportspilot.com/106083/leagues in a separate browser window to complete the registration. Thank you!

  • Previously Registered for Another CYO Sport? You will be able to use your username and password previously established for other sports.

  • New to the Registration System? Not a problem - It’s easy to create a SportsPilot Account. Simply "Begin Registration" and follow the steps to “Create a New Account”.

  • Don't See Your Sport Available for Registration? No worries - Check out our Schedule of Events for specific sport registration windows.
